To qualify for The RE/MAX Collection, your property needs to be double the average sales price for the zip code. The RE/MAX Collection Threshold sheet houses all zip codes within the United States and the active listing price to be considered a part of The RE/MAX Collection.

To challenge a zip code threshold, please send an email with the average sales price for all single family, condominiums, and townhomes sold within the zip code in the last six months to theremaxcollection@remax.com. If you wish to challenge multiple, please send a separate report for each zip code.
